For far too long, education policy has been crafted without the benefit of input from its chief executors: you, the teachers and administrators that turn theory into practice. Untapped Ed. believes that leveraging the feedback of educators is a no-brainer sign of professional deference which leads to sustainable policies that work.

That's why we're creating a series that features the in-classroom and digital experiences of educators spanning the Country - from the Coasts to the Deep South and Middle America. We'll lean into the nuanced feedback of educators-of-color, educators in rural areas and other marginalized testimonies as we highlight the complexities of "getting it right" for each student.
